Manage Email & App Notifications - Desktop

If using Mobile Web (not the App), click HERE

You can manage all of your notification settings and all of your App Push notifications in one area. You can also customize your notifications to suit your appetite and change them whenever you want. Here's how...

1. Log into your account. 

2. Click the "little man/profile" icon in the black bar across the top of the site and select "Notification Settings"

3. You will see three buttons to choose from. General, My Groups, and Arrivals.

4. Click the "General" button.

Here you can decide which email notifications you want to receive as well as which App notifications you want to receive.

  • Use the "All, Most, Some, and None" buttons next to "Email Notification" to change which notifications you want to receive by email. When you make your selection you will see the boxes beside the notification list choices appear or disappear so you'll know exactly what each selection includes or does not include.
  • Use the "All, Most, Some, and None" buttons next to "App Notification" to change which notifications you want to receive on your phone. When you make your selection you will see the boxes beside the notification list choices appear or disappear so you'll know exactly what each selection includes or does not include.

  • If you want to pick exactly which notifications you want to receive and how you want to receive them, click the "Custom" button. You can then go down the notification list choices and check or uncheck them as you see fit.

  • Your changes will be saved automatically.

5. Click the "My Groups" button to manage your email and App notifications for groups you have joined. For each group you have joined, you can...

  • Check or uncheck "Show on my profile" to determine if that group is visible on your profile page to everyone.

  • Check or uncheck "Email me of new group feed posts" to determine if you get email notifications about posts to your group's feed.

  • Check or uncheck "Email me of new group topics" to determine if you get email notifications about posts in your group's discussion forum.

  • Check or uncheck "App notifications for new group feed posts" to determine if you get App notifications about posts to your group's feed.

  • Check or uncheck "App notifications for new group topics" to determine if you get email notifications about posts in your group's discussion forum.

  • Your changes will be saved automatically.

6. Click the "Arrivals" button to manage your email and App notifications for arrivals. Check or uncheck "Send App notification" and/or "Send email notification" to decide which emails and/or App notifications you receive for....

  • "When a member arrives in my area"
  • "When a friend changes their location"
  • "When someone posts in my park feed"

  • "Things happening in my area" (this option pertains to discounts in your area, being welcomed to your park, and any other activity that is happening in the area you are currently checked into)

  • Your changes will be saved automatically.8.png
