There are many ways to generate engagement and grow your group. Here are a few ideas....
Create a Get-Together for your events and rallies
Get-togethers should be created with a specific date, time, and location. This function is not intended to be a long-term event that remains on the Get-Together list indefinitely. They are intended to be one-time events held by you in order to connect with other RVers. Click HERE to learn how to create a Get-Together
Make posts within your group
Engaging your group members with posts that answer questions or encourage them to respond will increase your group's activity. Increased activity encourages members to invite others to the FMCA family so they can take part in the group. Click HERE to go to the groups you manage.
Email your friends
Now that you have your group just the way you want it, copy the URL address in the navigation bar and email that link to all of your friends. Encourage them to sign up for a free account on RVillage and join your group. Remind them that the account is free and mention other functions that they may enjoy, like the Explore Map, Marketplace, and our free Blogging platform.
Share your group's URL link on any social media outlets you currently use. Just like with the email, remind them that the account is free and mention other functions that they may enjoy, like the Explore Map, Marketplace, and Blogging platform.
Create a Blog
After you've had a successful Get-Together, write a blog about how much fun the event was. Include some pictures and the names of members who attended for a personal touch. Click HERE to learn how to create a blog.
