If you have created and own a group, you know that you can share posts, images, links and take part in discussions on your group's feed or within the "Group Forum". But there may arise an occasion when you feel you need to moderate content that isn't relevant to your group. Here's how you can do that...

Log into your account.

Click "Groups'

Click "Groups I Manage"

You will now see a list of all the groups you own. Click on the name of the group you want to moderate.

Click on the down arrow next to the post you want to moderate.

There are a number of things you can choose to do using this menu. We'll go over each one.

-Click "Share on Facebook" to share the post to Facebook. You will need to log into Facebook account. Then you can make a comment about the post you're sharing.

-You can copy the feed link to share content by clicking on "Feed Link". Next, hold your finger on "Go" until the pop-up menu appears. Click "Copy" to copy the feed link. You can now paste the link in emails, on social media, or anywhere you'd like to share it.

-If you've commented on a post and no longer want to receive notifications when others comment or reply, simply click "Turn off notifications for this feed thread".

-If you feel the post is not on topic for your group, or it's not something you think is inappropriate for your group, you can delete the post by clicking on "Delete Feed". Next, click "Delete" to confirm your request.

-If you don't want anyone to be able to comment on a post, click "Disable Comments". If any posts were made before you disable comments they will disappear when you click "Disable Comments".

Click "Lock This Feed" to deny members the ability to share your post on other social media outlets.

-If someone makes a post you feel violates our Terms of Use agreement, is abusive, or seems like spam, click the "Report Feed" button. One of our staff members will address the issue immediately.

You can also use the down arrow next to comments and replies to either delete or report the comment or reply.

Now that you know how to moderate your groups, head over to the site and see what's happening in your group by clicking HERE
