If using an Android phone, click HERE

Sometimes we update the app and your device may not be "communicating" correctly with the app. This can cause small glitches like a screen not loading correctly, etc. And sometimes, when you download the App for the first time, it downloads a little wonky and prevents your device from "communicating" correctly with the App. This can also cause some pesky issues.

The good new is, most of the time force quitting the app and then restarting it can clear up this kind of issue. Here's how you can do that...

For devices on iOS 7 and above:
1. Double-tap the Home Button on the device (this is the round button in the center bottom of your phone, not on the actual screen).

2. Swipe to the right until you find the RVillage App.

3. Swipe up on the App and watch the App screen disappear.

You are done! Tap the Home Button once exit this mode. You can reopen the App when you're ready to use it again.

For iOS 6:
1. Double-tap the Home Button on the device (this is the round button in the center bottom of your phone, not on the actual screen), and notice the apps appear in the bottom with red "x"s in the corner.

2. Find the App you are looking for and tap the red "x".

3. Tap the Home Button once exit this mode.

You are done! Tap the Home Button once exit this mode. You can reopen the App when you're ready to use it again.
