A group officer can help the group owner invite new members, moderate the forum and create engagement with all of the members.
Here's how to make someone an officer...
Click the "Three White Lines" at the top of the site.
Click "Groups I Manage".
Click on the name of the group you would like to edit.
Click "Manage Members".
Click "Make Officer" next to the member's name you would like to promote.
Click "Promote Member".
You will be notified that the member has been successfully promoted.
To edit what appears under the newly promoted member's name, click the "Pencil" under their username.
Insert the text as you would like it to appear under the member's name in the space provided. Then click "Save Changes".
You will be notified that the member's title has been successfully changed.
If you decide you would like to demote an officer of one of your groups, click "Demote Officer" next to their username.
Click "Demote Member".
You will then be notified that the member has been successfully demoted.
