Sometimes we update the app and your device may not be "communicating" correctly with the app. This can cause small glitches like a screen not loading correctly, etc. And sometimes, when you download the App for the first time, it downloads a little wonky and prevents your device from "communicating" correctly with the App. This can also cause some pesky issues.
The good new is, most of the time force quitting the app and then restarting it can clear up this kind of issue. Here's how you can do that...
1. Tap the "Home" button at the bottom of your phone to return to the Android Home Screen. Then tap on the button with the double-squares (or single-square on Android "L" or double-press the home button on Samsung devices.)

3. This will bring up a list of all open apps with thumbnail images of their screens. Just swipe the App to the right to force quit it.
You're all done. You can reopen the App when you're ready to use it again.
